
ZUCCHINI BREAD

MIX:
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 T. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Pour in 2 bread pans. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour.
